Pickled Eggs

Well today I got my pickled eggs DVD today, it arrived earlier than expected witch was really good. So I phoned Oli and he came round and watched , It was really good and a very funny skit to start it off. Some really good pranks and stunts…but not enough stunts, that’s what I would say was the only bad thing to the DVD, After watching all there videos on there site ect I would expect them to of been more stunts.. But there were more public pranks really, Also they had realised rather a lot of the DVD on the site as well

But other than that it was really entertaining especially when that guy buys the pigeons, Also I liked the interviews with Elliot. I Would recommend you buy the DVD if you haven’t Seen much of there stuff before.

I thought it went on too long and was annoyed about pretty much all the good stunts were already shown on the trialer, but I suppose thts a way to sell it.

Should have been about half the length it was but it did give me some pretty good laughs and was nicely produced.

Excelent .... now come to fleet and we will watch! Were there any stunts which werent previously on the site???And what was the quality like?

Dude..serously..it was mostly the videos on the site Really good quility though and niclely editied.

there was things I didn't like liked and loved

first the stuff I didn't like

-there will be no more new pickled eggs videos

-no pickled eggs skits

-not enough bonus shit

stuff I liked

-there was filler but it was used as transition more than highlighting it which I dig

-good variety of new and old shit which was awsom

stuff I loved

-the little comentaries between clips to tell the story was somthing I really appreciated and enjoyed alot

-all the new shit, there was enough new shit here to keep me watching and waiting and not being at all disapointed

-the crazy stunts, and the funny ass pranks im not gonna talk about them cause it would ruin the dvd for some

-but I do love how pickled eggs incorporates skits into there pranks, I never see any other groups do that and it is really cool

from the start you can tell this dvd is gonna be cool, most people have said that it's mostly stuff from the site but thats really cool cause if the site shuts down you have a dvd of there shit to keep, I have seen all there videos and I still loved this, I could put it away for a year and it would be brand fucking fresh, this dvd has some amazing replay value I watched the whole thing 2 today and certain parts 5 times

this is a must have for homgrown enthusiasts or just people who enjoy having a laugh at these asshole shenanagins

Yeah, I know what your saying but about 50% of the DVD is unseen and not on the website.

yeh but tbh, the 50% tht has been seen before were the best bits. But it is still great seeing them again in tht kinda quality, and edited as well as it was.

Yeah, most of our best stuff was the older stuff.

Although 2/3 table stunts at the end were new. Thats prob my favorite section anyway.

Dont remmebr tht bit, a while since I watched it.

I loved the kidnapping and the geting run over in public, they were good bits.

Just thought I'd give my opinion.

Ok, im not going to go into detail, as a few people have already reviewed it many of times, and loved it.
And I also love it, great stunts, funny footage, and great public annoyence basically, as other people have said.

So basically, if your trying to get a Homegrown DVD collection, then this definatly needs to be in there, unless you already have it of course.

But basically just go buy it, you wont be disapointed.

Oh and a question for Elliot:

On the knee injury, how long was he in hospital for? and how long did it take to heal? im just curious

I can't say I enjoyed it as everyone else, but it was still pretty damn good.
I think I was let down because so damn much of it was already released on the net, and some stuff, e.g. the table for three, was filmed after the dvd release.
Otherwise, there was some damn cool shit in it, I would still recommend it if you haven't seen every web clip they've released.

well today I finaly got my foul play dvd after 3 weeks of waiting I was so excited I watched it 5 times over and it was totaly worth the wait. I was really impressed by this dvd, it was every thing I expected and more. Some of my favorite parts were when the bird man released the bird into the guys car, I thought that was hillarious.This movie also has alot... I mean ALOT of gross bits that had me flinching im not going to give them away because I don't want to spoil it. I thought there should have been more special features.The ronnie retarded video was hillarious its awsome that it was on there because it didn't work when it was on the site. There was basicly only one downside...I thoght there was going to be more videos from the site then there was, but it was a perfect mix of new shit and old shit

We only went in to get the stitches put in and all the gunk picked out.

He was on crutches for a few weeks and missed work but pulled up ok.. He was lucky.

I really did enjoy the dvd....the interview part made it kinda cool....could have been more stunts but all in all it was a good mix of things....loved the public randomness like the toilet in the middle of town....I giggled at that one the most and I dont know why....but I really loved this dvd
