they give u a reply that has the cpannel link in it, the ftp is just ftp.urname.x10hosting.com

Servers have downtime more than others, but its allright, usually weird times,
catch is you haveto place a banner/text/picture (depending on plan) ad manually on all your pages, but if you do they dont fuck around with popups n shit
