Farewell to 4GF

As the title would suggest, 4GF shall be shutting it's camera off for good. We've reached the age where we no longer have the desire to hurt ourselves or create a public image that may harm our future careers (ie my goal to join the NDP party in Canada).

With that said I would like to thank everyone here for their support and their kind words, and of course the constructive criticisms. We've had an awesome time and it was great while it lasted.

Will 4GF die, or shall it live on? We intend on editing all of our footage and releasing a final revamped DVD near the end of the summer. In addition to this we've met some other amateur stunt crews in Sarnia, and potentially they will take on the 4GF name as well as the site. In the meantime our footage shall remain online, however no updates shall be made and no new footage shall be added until the release of the DVD.

To all those in the Hunt, our apologies for folding half way through, it would have been nice to give you all a run at it. But alas a lack of time and desire on our part (I was tired of doing everything) put us out of the competition. Good luck to all those still competing, and don't hurt yourselves too much

I shall still be visiting the forum from time to time, and plans are still in the works for the creation of a community site along the lines of myspace or purevolume. So I shall keep you guys updated on that.

If they're not, we won't allow them to use our name. Also in the event they do take on our name, I may make a few guest appearences and will most likely still be handling the site and editing of the video footage (possibly filming as well).

As much as I would love to, we do not have the time, resources, or energy to go through with such a plan. Initially I had intended to book a week off work at the end of the summer, but this really isn't feasible as I require the money for school (just spent a shit load on my new pc).

Filming takes a shitload of dedication and effort. Good luck with the future

I'm personally 20 years old (21 in October), going into my third year of University and working my ass off in the summer to pay for it. Although by no means would I consider myself old, it should be noted that at our age if we fuck up huge (in terms of the law) we can receive a much greater punishment than when we first started many years ago. Mind you it more comes down to an issue of time than our age, although if we were still in high school time would be abundant.

good luck with everything and the future, I have enjoyed seeing your videos especially public humiliation clips. Maybe one day you will come back here when your older and see where you left off! Thanks for your constructive critism you gave us, I'll be looking out for the DVD, make it a good one for me.
