Ugh. This really sucks. My best friend whose been working on the projects with me and financing the shit all along is sorta bailing on me. Its not his choice though...he was forced into an amazingly shitty situation..and is now joining the US Navy. He's gonna serve 4 active and another 4 inactive....so that fucks things up pretty bad.

Im not gonna throw in the towel, as I have to much of my life and money into this shit to quit now...its just gonna be insanely difficult. Even though he is still gonna follow through with the financing, I dont know how I'm gonna get this shit done without a filming partner.

the incident his father found out about and was going to press charges over was for a check he wrote for around $1200...then his dad found out a bunch of others he did haha

yeah re-pressing charges im not sure about...I would think you can but I dont know.

but it doesnt have anything to do with a lawsuit. Its good that there is a police record of it and that there are medical records and evidence.

but in a civil court...since you are suing for the criminal conduct of the bunker guy...it would be a shitload better if you pressed charges and he was convicted of those crimes. It would make way easier.

You lawyer will tell you all this shit. You really should consider pressing charges...even if that means them pressing charges against you. You can get a public defender..who should be able to clear you of those charges...since you didnt do anything wrong. It could make a huge difference man.
