30fps or so is good.

Good job u pointed out tht was a joke. Because all us europeans feel so much towards our PAL we would defend its integrity with your lives. But thankgod it dont have to come to us invading your country.

29.97 is the best for interlaced, but 23.976 is the best for progressive.
Test both out, because in some cases, 23.976 looks waaayy better.
