today we went to a chinese buffet to do the ask for human task and a lady saw the camera and grabbed it but some how we got the tape out of it and she told us if we got her the tape she would trade for the camera so we gave her a diff tape and the fucking chinese fucker took the camera called the cops and we left and we went back to get hte camera and we had to go to the police station and they were being assholes I guess and they watched the video tape and saw some stuff and where bitching about it and they saw our website and they saw some skits which had my ass in it and said they would send somethign in so I would be a sex offender... they where prob jsut trying to scare but anyways can we get introuble? and seriously is that disclaimer a real one does it work or what? right now cops have my camera and they wont give it back if you could help me out anyway you can it would be nice thanks

Press charges against her. She violated your rights. Your law enforcement is shit, and isnt doing anything about it because your a kid. You need a parent with balls to bitch them out, or a lawyer to to threaten with a law suit. Theyll give your camera back so quick youll forget it was ever gone..
Next time someone takes your property...attack them and do what you have to do to get your equipment back. There is no law that gives the right to a buisness owner to detain you or seize your property. You did not break any law by asking "do you serve human". All they could say is you were trespassing...and they would lose in court as it is private property that is inviting to the public.
Dont let people boss you around because they are older than you...even if they are woman. One time I was videotaping myself pretending to be dead on a bike path. I put the camera to the side and covered it up. Some 40 year old biker came..thought I was hurt...and then saw the camera. He picked the camera up and took thet tape out and put in his pocket. He refused to give me back my tape and camera. I was only 16...but I didnt care...3 of my friend were near by and they were coming over to block him from leaving on the path...I pushed him...and he wouldnt push me back because I was a minor..and assault on a minor is a serious crime. I got my tape back and camera after get way crazy and screaming and shit.
That lady stole your property. Press charges, and if the police department refuses to get involved get a lawyer and sue for negligence. Dont let this shit slide dude.
And the sex offender shit is bullshit. Typical bullshit a cop will say to you just brush you off. And no a disclaimer does absolutley nothing to protect you from the judicial system. Disclaimers are to protect from law suits and other types of civil litigation.
Take action...and show them that theyre the bitches. If I was you I would seriously clock the old bitch and take my shit. And no I would not get caught..cause Im good like that.

Do they have the right to snatch your wallet from you? Do they have the right to keep your wallet from you and not give it back? No. Thats theft.

well I was in the next store eating shitty subway waiting for my friends to come out of the chinese place because they didnt want to many people in there it would seem obvious but my friend went to get my camera and they said they watched some of the tape and they said they were pissed about him sticking the fish hook in his head and about me and my ass but they knew him by his 1st name and hes never been introuble and they asked about me and ive never been in trouble I swear the whole town knows about fallen five and I live in a wicked small town

I talked to the principle last day of school he told me if I got introuble with fallen five I would be in big trouble 1st day of school and all the cops know us from the site and everyone tells everyone it kinda sucks in a way
