Whether Jacko is guilty or not, the entire situation is made 100x worse by the media, this sort of thing happens everyday, but Jacko is seen as the bad guy as he is a star, so it makes fantastic headlines.

Personally, I have mixed feelings if he did it or not, I mean common..he wouldn't be so stupid to perform any sexual acts on a kid when he is a star and knows exactly what the consequences could be. Furthermore, just look at the guy..you can tell he aint right, and he may see having children in his bed as normal. The facts that don't add up are that he gave children alcohol and had loads of child posters on his wall. But again this is inconclusive evidence, so they can't convict him with out enough evidence anyway, therefore he didn't have to pay anyone to be let free

I think it has to do with money... lately in the US Justice System it seems if you have money you can get away with murder (OJ) or being a molester (MJ).

one of the reasons I think jackson won, is because the chick that was the mother of the victom, was continually snapping her fingers at the jury, tellin them, "he did it and you know it" and "you will find him guilty" and shit. She was trying to like control the jury. But I think that could have swayed the jury that, she was lying because she was like commanding them. I dunno, its just my opinion.

The problem was the jury think he is guilty of something but with all the cases there was not enough 100% evidence. And if they are slightly not sure then they drop them since they all have to agree

I thought he was innocent all along, and a few people just thought that they'd take of a situation that could get them, alot of money, I bet if he was guilty the accusers would have just asked for a huge sum of money, and then drop the charges, and even if he was guilty, he would have paid someone to get him out, so either way he wasn't going to serve major jailtime..............phew, rant over.
