I apologise for the monumental downtime we had tonight, I rebooted server1 and it never came back online
The datacentre scanned the hardrives and what not, and rebooted it. So apologies for all the downed sites tonight. This serves as a reminder to make backups

are you serious? The ftp's arent going back up? That really is bad for us since we hosted all our videos on there.

yeah I noticed that this site has been down at least once a day now for almost a week now....right when I was about to switch my hosting to exceed!!!!!

Are we expecting these more in the future? I think lots of downtime will scare some people away.
