Look into the "Stroke" option on PS. IT basically adds a border to whatever layer you have selected. you can find it under "Edit > Stroke" or "Layer > Layer Style > Stroke". Cant be arsed to explain I'm to pooped been using PS all day. It ain't hard to use though.

I did this today for mono... I was bored and I used a person from a pic he sent me... ive learned alot in the past 2 days since downloading the prog, mostly thanks to adem <3. so ne ways here is my pic to mono
