Could someone please tell me which one is better or get a review for each one 'Paint Shop Pro' or 'Photoshop' which one should I get?

ive used psp a few times .. its easier but is no where near the same quality

I dont have either, but my artist friend Mike, also called "Shit Mike" in our upcoming epic, Assass : the Movie, uses Adobe Paintshop all the friggin time, and he's really good with it too, I hear most people think its a really awesome program too.
