Well im rendering my movie...its like 20 secounds longe and I wanted to see what it looked like so I renderd it..ITS TAKING SO LONGE

Why??!! ive seen on Theos pc it takes about 45 secounds...mines taking about 15 mins and its not even half done...whats going on??

your computer might just be shit, or the file size is big...

Well...I dont think my pc's shit..everything seems to be running fast...and the file size isent that big...because the start is captured with a USB and only like a 3 secound clip so far is captured with a fire wire so nothings to big and my pc's not shit...

Ok..well I was trying to render my movie so I could see how it looked so far...so I renderd it...and its taking so long!!! I have cancled it now...but it shouldent take that long at all...and im asking is there any reason why its doing that

you either put in many effects in there or are rendering on weird sizes/settings.

Yeah thats what I was gonna say. If you put on loads of effects it takes ages to export.

Guys, he means that he is rendering the WORK AREA...which means he isn't saving it to his pc is just making it so that he can play it back whilst editing so that the framerate is good...At first I thought it was just your PC getting used to Adobe, but now I don't know Image file not present in the recovered backup

yeh tht sometimes happens to me, and it slows my whole pc down.
but most of the time its fine, so just turn off all your other programmes
