I dont understand why kids do these things... and where they learn it from.

was other day and I was more or less next to where it happend, as I live like uber close to where this took place if I see any of they so called "crew" I shall give them a personal ass wopping. I have seen this "crew" of 10 - 12 year olds before, and when I see them again im gunna kick there ass for doing this and for hgf!
