Since there seems to be alot of thread on video games, I though I would ask who everyone thought was the best old school game of all time. Although Super Mario Bros and S.T.H.H are wicked, please think of something a little more origninal. Anyway....dicuss

But my fav oldschool game would have to be Contra Force for the nes.

Contra was awesome as hell
Gauntlet was also very very fun
that game bubble trouble was surprisingly cool

Sega : Sonic the Hedgehog, Alex the Kid
SNES : Breath of Fire, Mario Kart
PC : Commander Keen, Doom 2, Return to Zork
There's a whole heap more to add to that list, but I'm too lazy to think, let alone type.

Even though I am not a big football fan I think Fifa 96 rocked... and NFL 96.
But my fave games were Final Fantasy 5 and 6.

zelda owns all, I'd never played it before a few weeks ago, when I played it round bens house, andit OWNS all oldschool vid games, space invaders is also a classic, and lemmings is pretty fucking cool, there's over 80,000 levels
