okey let me explain, one of the hands is real and one is fake, and I have even seen some where both hands are read, there is a wood board sewed into the back of the outfit with a handle that can be manipulated by a hand, or rarely by the back or but, the suit is so big and you only see the front of her so she leans forward while she is pushing the board up to give the illusions her head fell off
