The whole cookies thing is crazy, I heard a lady make this thing called the reverse diet in wher e you eat diner in the morning, lunch and breakfast bfore you oto bed,apparantly she lost a lot of weight

I love my fattness, I lost weight when I had my surgerys and now im trying to get back to 300lbs
