Stupid kids - especially the one that called the driver a mf and kicked the whole thing off. Guy's just tryin to do his job and he's the one who gets in the shit when they don't wear their belts, not them.
Perhaps he needs to get a different job 'cos it's a bit ott grabbing the kid by the neck! Who knows what's going on in the guy's life that made him snap.
