ok so I want to pay for a .com and its 10$ a year for just he .com.

but it says I have to put in the dns name but I dont know what that is, anyone wanna help me out?

Nah, to be honest with you ive never tried. Prob the site address to the server. I'll shut up now.

thats the DNS details of your host for example your DNS is:

ns1.whatever.com
ns2.whatever.com

and your site is
whatever.com/~penis
being
[IP address redacted]/~penis

or something :)

ask your host if u dont know.

No. Find the host that you are with...email them and ask what there name servers are..they will tell you. If you dont want to do that..some Domain name companys have there own designed Nameserver and you can use theres if you re just forwarding the domain to another URL..ya heard?

where did u get your .com from? we used godaddy and we have had no problems with them

Disturbedfilms is hosted with Exceed Hosting, so set your records to the following;

Primary Nameserver; ns1.exceedhosting.com
Secondary Nameserver; ns2.exceedhosting.com

Chris needs to addon your domain to cPanel which adds the entry to httpd.conf and binds your domain to the webspace, therefore acting as a standalone hosting account. It will also create an FTP directory for you.
