RAS - Random Acts of Stupidity

I never officially introduced us, though we have posted several video releases here. We're just a group of friends, skaters, and idiots alike who like to have fun filming one of the things we do best....being stupid. We haven't released that much footage on the net, as we are saving a lot of it for our DVD release "Formula for Destruction" the date of it's release is pending, seeing as we are still in the editing and production processes, but it should be sometime this fall. Anyway, to wrap it up, we do have a website, however it is currently undergoing some remodeling, you can view it in it's unfinished state at:

Yeah, I was mad when I first found out that they were using the same name as us, but I talked to Mikey Madrox (their lead man so to say) and he was a nice guy, so I didn't really press the issue of telling them to change their name.....

Yeah, well....I dunno, we don't want to change our name and they don't want to change theirs, we've thought about changing it several times, we started out as Retards in 2000, but realized it was just like Jackbutt and other stupid names, so we decided to change it to Stupid Asses, which lasted for like 2 weeks, then we thought for days trying to come up with a decent name, then I was like, hey, random acts of stupidity! and my friends thought it sounded ok, so we went with that, we did come up with several more, but we've never used them:

Rebels Against Society

Yeah, we realized quite a while back that someone else had either thought of the same name, or blatantly ripped us off. If we ever release a DVD we'll probably do it under a different title, though I'm not sure what, seeing as they've most likely already gotten it copywritten. It does seem strange though that they even did the same thing with the logo as we used to do (with the anarchy A in the middle and all), but nothing I can really do I suppose, as they seemingly have already laid legal claim to it.
