I fell on the big rail and fractured my shin and fell off the 8ft loading dock.....im the one that did the three grind switch up on the long 26 set near the beginning of the clip

haha the neutral thing is always the best way to go...that is why I do both....that way if they are dogging me hard about blading I get on my board and skate...kinda helps me get respect

just work on little rails and work on locking on consistantly....make sure you leave off both feet at the same time.....then find the smallest mellowest rail and go for it....if you get footage of it I would like to see.....im working on alleyoops now...ill let you know how that goes....
