The Hardcore Contest (THC) is still running

Hey everyone !

Now the Face Off is almost over, I'm writing here to keep you informed "The Hardcore Contest" (or "THC") is still running till end of may.
Like in "The Hunt", there are some tasks to perform (26 tasks are online), and you can submit your videos by email or FTP on a dedicated server. Points are given out according to very precise rules biggrin.gif

For now, 26 tasks are online.
THC started on January 3rd and more than 30 teams joined and sent over 110 videos.

I've been waiting the end of "The Face-Off" to advertise for THC on this forum, so you could focus on the Face-Off. Of course I don't want to compare THC with big events like "The Hunt", but this is just for teams who wish to have fun in a cool competition before Hunt 3 starts ;)

I just had a look at the site, and I'm impressed with how well its going, I thought it wasn't gonna happen when you first talked about it, but there's quite a lot gone on. I still don't think we'll be able to enter though, but who knows.

La Fenix is in THC since febuary, now that the face-off is almost done we gonna focus more in the THC and film all the tasks! The tasks are very funny to do, I love to film for THC biggrin.gif

I think after all these contest and hunts are finished...someone should team up with me to make an "ultimate hunt" type of thing. I can run in through my weak sister site, and in turn I will offer some decent prizes. And I'll actually send them out to the winners...unlike WKH. I just need someone to work with me on coding and web design.

Im thinking...

1st Place - $100

2nd Place - 20 new mini dv tapes

3rd Place - 10 new dvds

If anyone likes this idea let me know..

I make a bunch of original tasks if you want that, but I think you want help in more of the web stuff right like the submission shit

if someone can seriously team up with me on this...and I can get enough groups involved...this would be really awesome.

What I would do is I would make a banner for this "ultimate hunt" and put it in place of the "free dvd" banner on my site. When someone would click on it..it would take em to a whole new page all dedicated to this ultimate hunt. So if someone can design this page and code it and shit...then lets do it. I'll try to even get some more and better prizes involved. If this gets big enough maybe I can make the 1st place prize $250..

Okay, and apart setting up Weak's future contest involving a lot of money, who would be interested to join THC after the Face-Off ?
One thing I wanted to add about THC is no special video editing is requested ("raw" videos are okay), so eveyone can join even if you don't have video editing materieal or software. yeah but the ultimate hunt sounds gay though, the hunt was a cool name but dont' add ultimate in front of it even "this contest is so core and will be so much fucking better than the hunt, my bitches know I don't play" would even be a better name

For those of you who haven't heard of it, it's basically a little contest open to any crazy team willing to have fun, performing hardcore tasks ^^

Prizes haven't been defined yet ad will depend on the number of active teams at the end of the contest.
