plugging the websites in the DVDs, I am totally confident that

I want to send a special thank you the crew that have already submitted
footage and I wanted to inform all over crews that Niolan Entertainment
has extended the deadline to submit footage to August 1, 2004. With this
extra time, we hope that the majority of the crews at jackass-top100.com
will decide to join Niolan Entertain ment and allow our company to
represent you in the world wide market place.

Niolan Entertainment has DVD distribution for all of North America, USA
and Canada, as well as Europe and within 3-4 months we will have
distribution for Australia, South America and Asia finalized. This
literally is a once in a life time opportunity so I hope that you all
choose to take advantage of what Niolan Entertainment is offering you.

Niolan Entertainment will also be willing to fund the crews that send us
footage, once the DVDs are released in stores and making revenue. I'm

wrote the text, so we still need to fix his spelling and grammar errors.

Pshhh, my footage is only available online. We might put together a dvd in a looong time but for now we're happy with just showing fridnds funny shit.

Well if your not paying anything, then you got nothing to lose, even if he claims rights to your content youve submitted, then its no great loss, youve got your name publicised.

the contract states that they own the rights for the footage as far as dvd production goes, so you can still submit it to tv shows, but your footage can never be on another dvd, they tell you theres a chance that they will give you your own dvd if the first one sells well, but i dont like the possibility of this guy never doing anything with the footage he owns the rights to, then everything weve submitted can never be used on another dvd

Plus after all the bad things ive heard, his constant pestering emails, his reluctance to change the contract, i dont think im gonna deal with them

Well, just read the terms of service before signing up, take a screenshot of it, and if he changes the TOS sue him.
