I don't care since I don't live there but if my grandma or someone lost her money on something like that I'd chop the ones responsible into pieces.

Im kind of with you, but the thing is that if one can afford to get time share, one is probably wealthy enough to get by after the scam. So I can see how you could justify it by thinking that you are Robin Hood.
