I dunno, there is this blood spray on some sheets that looks hella fake.
the girls face looks real, but there are some quick cuts so I dunno man like she goes from her face being pretty fine to being totally fucked so it coulda been switched out or w/e.

in irreversible this guy gets his face bludgeoned open by a fire extinguisher and to do it they splice the real dude's face with a dummy, but the cuts are so well merged it looks brutally realistic with the jaw still moving as his skull caves in.
