its cos she has taken the pic.. blurred it to make her skin smooth (or painted over it) then added the same photo ontop of the blurred one and tried to erase everything but her eyes so it looks stuck on and strange
EDIT: or she is just fucked in the face

Hahaha photoshop phail. She could have added some lightrays and skull clipart to make it even cooler though.
