No Stunts In California 2009 (updated With Part Ii)

Hey, it's been a while since I last started a thread in this section, but anyways some of you know that I got a pretty sweet deal on an HD video camera from vode, and others of you know that we just got back from a 3,5 week road trip across California. So I filmed some footage and now that I got back I got my brothers old Macbook to which I instantly downloaded Premiere Pro CS4 and started unloading the footage from our trip. It might be slightly overedited but I got a little carried away I guess

There are absolutely no stunts, no pranks no nothing, just your normal overemotional vacation video, where even the song is ridiculously sentimental.. I'm already making another one since there was enough footage, and it will probably end up just as openly gay.

That was so sentimental and redundant. There wasn't a single stunt or prank in it. And it looks like it was all filmed in some picturesque dreamscape like California or something.

But yeah nice little video man. I know it was made for you guys to keep for memories sake and that came off really well. Was basically a video - photo album but was a nice little watch.

Nice edits too, maybe tone them down but you've still got it.

Haha yeah, the edit was supposed to be over the top with all the titles and all the 'look at us friends having a laugh together' clips that were in there. Think of it like this, Lonely Planet documentary meets a generic rock band tour music video.

I found this video to be like adems vid blog on his youtube. even tho there isnt anything really significant that any viewer that wasnt there would get. its still very enjoyable

I really liked the titles and editing of the parts that I watched.

Fucking amazing. I am very stoned but I fucking loved that. Loved the grade you did. Honestly cant tell if some of the clips are stock footage or if they are all shot by you. Hearing you guys speak did ruin all my illusions I had about you guys. Because you seem to have better grammar, punctuation and even sentence structure than the majority of people on this forum especially including myself, and I had imagined you as big beautiful finnish well spoken english people. But no your big beautiful foreign people. Is that just because it's your native tongue or can your furfill my fantasies of you guys having english accents and being well spoken?

Thank you very much for this Dex. The comment about the language though haha, let's say we don't normally speak english that way, just ask anyone who's met us. That was kind of our joke during the trip that we were these Eurotrash guys from somewhere in central europe who were superior to everything that was American, so that's where the accent came from

I just saw this video, I wish you didn't make such a big deal about there being no stunts.

Stunts and pranks are great, but make the topic's "No stunts in California" title made me not want to watch it. Then when you said it's the most redundant vacation video, that didn't help.
