hey everyone,
I got rejected volume 2 on a DVD right now and I dont have the video file on my computer for it anymore so im wondering if there is a program where you can rip DVD's to a video file on you computer, I wanna make it into a file so I can upload it somewhere and share it qith HGF Image file not present in the recovered backup

im guessing theres no lock onnit so easy way to do it. is pop it in yur drive, right click explore on the disc so u can, well explore, and then copy the .vob (most likely the media files are .vob if not then it should be the file type with the biggest size(s)) and yeah well copy it into a folder onto yur comp.

would be easier and smaller to use a dvd to avi program like.... winavi

any ideas on coverting the file so I can upload it somewhere? does google video still let full movies be uploaded ?

Ok after using that DVD Dycripter program I got our DVD spilt into 2 files ones 0.99GB and the other is 630MB haha, what programs can I use to make a smaller file ?

Can't you just piece them together in whatever editing program and render it to 700 mb?

Rip it as high quality a possible, and then compress with your editing system it for the web. As youre already ripping it a low quality second generation of compression dvd file.

I use DVD Shrink, never failed me and so easy to cut out stuff you don't want. :-)

alright I think I got shit all figured out, I'll have volume 2 up for download within a day here
