New Mtv Stunt Show Auditions

Auditions for a new MTV stunt show were being held in LA last couple weeks. I was wondering if anyone got the call or made it out for it?

I very much doubt most people even knew about it.

A few of us No Mercy people went and auditioned for this last week.

We have been working with the producers before we auditioned as cast members

The show involves topping clips already posted on the net. Ashton Kutcher's Katalyst Films is producing.

We havent heard back if we are getting any of us on the cast yet, but it looks like one or two of us will be the people who submit clips to be topped.

If any of you can make it to Los Angeles this week, ill find out if they are still doing auditions and get you in contact with them. PM me for more info.

I am not sure when they are auditioning till but I know you actually have to show up (no dvds, or reels) and its by appointment only. Also its possibly that you have to be american to make the finally cut. I got a call from a mtv scout with just enough time to plan the trip. I figured more people would have got the call... was hoping to hear how things went....

So this dude emailed me last night and I talked to him on the phone today. They're not willing to fly people out, but the whole show definitely sounds legit. He sounded pretty interested after he asked me about WPC and I said Mike is a d-bag.. I'm not auditioning, but he wants me to send some footage for [possible further projects, and maybe even to use as one of the clips the stuntmen chosen will "one up".

so WPC wasnt there? thats a suprised, im sure they would of jumped at the chance to be part of it.

They auditioned, and if you were trying to do stunts for a living it would have be dumb not try out

well back in the day it wasnt about tryin to make a living doing stunts, thats what the money hungry new gen is about. and to me it still isnt about making money from it, I do it for me and no one else, plus I havnt the money to fly around the world for a job interview. no matter what it is.

thats just dumb, you need money to live, especially for me to support my family. I see doing stunts for a living as dream way to live and I realize if I want that its not just going to fall in my lap...

man I'd love to interview for a stunt show that I believed in, people wanna hand up the shittiest of shit roles because of what we do.

no offense, but I think thats stupid, if u want to support your family get a legit job first, and then do stunts on the side for extra money. dont be trying to support your family by doing stunts. thats just stupid. you actually think your going to make enough money to do it the rest of your life?? person without milk please.

you might not relize this but doing stunts isnt the only way to make money to live off of. unless you're dumb and cant do anything else.....
