I say, cliche or not, the
Saw theme music. Yes it's overused, and it pisses me off and I can't believe it either. Multiple movies using the same theme music? Wtf? Opinion still stands. Intense when on a home theater system.
Another good one would be
Pirates of the Caribbean. I think it would be a perfect cop pursue song to listen to.
Have a thing for big orchestra songs.

Fuck yes, that's one of the best film scores ever.
My favourite instrumental album is Ghosts 1-4 by nine inch nails, It's just absolutely brilliant to chill out to.
I'm also quite partial to into the dead sky by at the gates and implements of destruction by chimaira.
