Who Here Is Adopted?

ok iv been thinkin about this for awhile and what better way than to make a topic out of it lol

but who here is addicted to being on HGF? I must spend over 2 hours aday on here over all, more if I have nothing pland that day. I only post around 10 times aday but its almost everyday, I just read something, bash my keys and post, whatever comes out is normaly off the top of my head, most the shit I post isnt even worth reading, I just cant help it, that time could go towards something better I geuss but iv noticed HGF has its reg posters (old timers) who almost might have the same problem I do, I cant stay away and its become part of my everyday live. even if I tell myself I wont come here, without thinking I somehow click down my favorites and end up with the portal stairing me in the face, I also notice we have alot of old members (you know who you are) and even people we havnt met/spoke with before spending alot of time each day JUST reading and watching what we post like its some kind of text version of eastenders.

If im on my laptop, I do find myself just constantly refreshing this page and facebook, I don't even realise im doing it sometimes. It's fucking sad. lol

I do also find myself refreshing the page every so often or checking back after awhile. eventhough most of my HGF day is casual lurking...

I think we just come here to update others on our lives under the impression anyone really gives a shit.

Or like Ben and just scab money off everyone.

I just think there's a few people on here I find funny and get on with. I'm not really addicted because when I didn't have the internet it didn't btoher me I couldn't go on hgf but when I can I like to see what people are up to, bearing in mind I've actually met a few people from here and stayed at their house etc.

If Im at home and have nothing better to do (or I should be studying), I end up sitting on my computer and whenever Im at my computer I check whats happening on hgf. So yeah, Im kind of addicted, but Im sure it would wear off pretty soon if the site wouldnt be there. Or nobody would be posting anything. Or if I wouldnt have interenet.

Constantly on waiting for more video releases.

pissed and greatfull that I didnt know about HGF earlier in my film-making. Im begininng to speak HG. I was reading the Group Updates page and someone mentioned HGV. Whats that and is it addicting? and somthing like rf2?

lately tho, since when my comp went down, after being off for a few days, I find myself less on here. less refreshin the page and shit.

im still on here lots, but its looses its appeal.

ill never leave hgf, but ill slowly start to fade away probs

I'm not leaving. When I'm at work and get bored I get on hgf. So I'm here a good 2-4 hours whenever I'm at work.

I dont think iv ever met anyone from HGF who wasnt wasted while meeting them and vice verser.

I wouldn't say I'm addicted, but I defintely visit this site once or twice a day.

I don't post as much as I used to, but back when I signed up I went out of my way to antagonize people and/or generally be a smart-ass. I guess you'd call that trolling these days.

But, more recently I mainly read peoples posts and reply if I have something to say. I try not to be an arsehole. I guess I lurk more than I post as of late.

I used to be really addicted, started to lurk, signed back in once a few months later and I think I was still a mod, then just got doing stuff, didn't even sign in for a year, back to lurking on and off, and tbh, the place is no different than it was in 2006, I still remember "wow, 1000 members" and now 18000+ Still seems like the same 20, 30 members posting, ha, minus a few and plus a few others I don't really know and some people who don't post much but are regular viewers are still around...

Signing up here, there was just a constant influx of videos, lots of "homegrown" related posts, still remains a good read, but it seems more like a "general banter" forum, than anything now.

I dunno. I wouldn't say I'm addicted. I used to spend a lot more time on here than I do now for sure. I still spend around 2 hours a day in all throughout my day, though. Even with working for around 30 hours a week and having school for 17, I still manage to get 10 hours on here and about 15 hours on CoD. I'd say at this point if I had to give up either CoD or HGF, it'd be harder to give up CoD.
