It's a well-established satirical news organization from New York. They have very talented writers and plenty of resources due to its popularity and various outlets. They've released numerous books and a pretty mediocre but often hilarious movie.
They branched out and formed their own media section (http://www.avclub.com) that has plenty of articles, reviews, inventories, interviews, all from really talented critics. It's where I go for the majority of my media needs.
It's pretty much the best page on the internet.

Hahah, good stuff. The clip was so well done it took me sometime to notice it to be fake. Overall it sounded so absurd, but still in some strange way possible. The end was dead give away though.
