I'm expanding my collection and all of the old threads I've found don't take into account most of the films in the last 3 years.

Post your favourite films, DVD collection, films from your PC etc. :)

From top of my head: Blues Brothers, Mallrats, Ghostbusters, Requiem for a Dream and the ring.

You probs have them allready. Actually I probably cant even think of a good movie that you dont own. The Pledge perhaps?

How many dvds you have anyways?

HAHAH, you have the same ikea shelves I did... and I had 3 on top of each other like you... I had to take the middle bits of wood out in the end for more room (it looks way better).. do it dude...

and then sold all my dvds in the end on play trade and made a little less that £500

now I just have 1 TB hdd for my media center full...

One day DVD collections will be the same as TV on demand built into players. Just buy and they get saved to the internal hard drive, special features etc.

But I love having a collection, wont get rid of it as long as discs aren't obsolete. :)

Some of those ratings are so jacked due to some momentary biases but they're all pretty much 1-2 stars away from what I really feel about them

edit: also some ratings are based on what I remember of them from years ago..

I think Ryan Gosling and Anthony Hopkins are awesome, so maybe I'm biased about it but I think the film is great.

And yeah it is, really love Dead Set. They've put all the episodes as a theatrical movie in there so not so much the series as it is a completed thing. Still great.

Hopkins is great, but the character was just poor mans Hannibal Lecter. Haha, I dont know why Im so obsessed about it being a bad film. I guess it is k, after all.
