Christmas day itself will suck. Gotta take a kid from work with me for the 2 days (Xmas and day after). My family does Christmas on the day after, so I'm just going to be making up BS ways to keep the kid occupied for 10 hours.

The day after Christmas is when we're doing things with my family. It's going to be our first annual Multi-Cultural Xmas Xtravaganza!

My cousin has been working in Japan for 2 years now, and has become engaged with a woman there named Rumi. They're coming to my mom's house from Japan for Christmas.

To make things all the better, by Grandma is from the deep hills of Kentucky, and in her day and area, the races just didn't mix. At all. It will be the first time my Grandma finds out about the various inter-racial relations, and she has not been shy about her bigotry in the past. It should be interesting to see her reaction.

My aunt's father-in-law (no true relation to me) has severe Alzheimer's, and they have a hard time keeping his pants on him because of his condition.

Christmas: in Sweden. This 13-year old girl in my family (fairly distant, so I don't know what it's called) has begun stating that she's Emo. On top of that, she's really spoiled. "So fucking what? Working on Christmas and Boxing Day which kind of sucks, but meh.

I have the 28th until the 5th off work and a fuckload of beer and wine, so I plan to drink myself into oblivion everyday until it's all finished.

Fuck this northern hemisphere weather though, it's too smeggin' cold. Summer Christmas is awesome! I wish I could sit around the pool with the folks, rather than freeze my bollocks off in my little apartment.
