Member Headers

So as you see by the new banner we got a type of member banner theme going on.

I am going to add a mod which will change the banner every refresh. What I want from you decent/clear member pictures and memorable quotes/posts. These can be then made into banner form and added to the script. Once I get about 5 more I will set this up.
