At the moment Im running a Radeon X1950 256mb card.. and its been working fine for the past year and I love it. But over past 6 months games have got bigger and better and I want to upgrade to turn my GTAIV and FC2 into pure sex!
I had a look at over clockers and found this nice card:

as I went to buy it I noticed OC does finance on some items.... interestfree for 1 year.
So after looking around I found the best of the best

The thing is im stuck... do I get the best of the best as I dont need to pay for a year, but I know the price of the card with drop at least £100 once the next model comes out.
Or dont be silly, and the £206 will be fine.

If you can already play your games fine, then £206 is an insane price just to make them look nicer. You can get a fucking XBox with GTA4 for that.

it plays the game ok, but everything is no low... I want to max it.. I dont mind paying £206... its a question of paying £500.
plus GTA are always best on pc.. and that not me saying cuz I play PC... even all the review websites said PC is the best as you can max out the game and make it look better that PS3.
fuck it I think im gana go and order the £206 one now as a little xmas box to myself

well whatever you do, dont buy from overclockers, they charge out the arsehole.
- practically the same card but 85 quid cheaper07 December 2008, 16:52 UTC#9
Well in my opion it depends on how much u play games on your comp, if its all the time as in like daily id go for the expensive one. if not go for the cheaper one.

Aria, Ebuyer or Dabs would be your best bet.
All very reliable.

I've already snapped it up for OC, as its on offer today. Also every time I've got stuff from them they have got it to me next day... so I think I should have it in my hands on tuesday.
I know I could shop around, but fuck it... its done... its on its way...... and I cant wait!

best of the best, so you dont have to upgrade when the next top games come out.
