or even that static snow effect like when u don't get a signal on a tv?

Find an image of a test card on google and import it.

Film static on a TV yourself, it's best that way.

Number countdown bad. Image file not present in the recovered backup

Maybe you can find some stock footage somewhere. I wasn't aware you could find it in Premiere.

I haven't used 2.0 (or 1.5 in 2 years for that matter), but the static effect shouldn't be too hard to find.. Just add noise to whatever you wanna make static..y?

filmed a tv, used white noise. worked great cheers!

and test card from google image worked great aswell!!!
