But today, thanks to an otherwise unrelated post about Street Fighter IV, Capcom seem to have not only confirmed a PC port but to have dated its release.
Look there - at the bottom of MCV's SFIV UK Release coverage are the words 'Resident Evil 5 – PS3, 360, PC – March 13th', just nestling there like a diamond in the rough. Oh Capcom, you shouldn't have.
The only R.E I ever played was RE1 on PS1, I've never been a big fan but this one looks the shit!

I have 2 gig in my pc, but only 512 on my card .. its a Radeon X1950, Its done me well, and I've only had it just over a year I think, but with the way new games are coming out I thnik I need to upgrade!

I've got 4GB in mine, thinking of getting 4 more if everything will run alright.
Was on the phone to Ben all the time though last time I tried because something was just wrong haha.

Were they all exactly the same type? Sometimes there are issues if it isn't.
Also, it's not just a revamped re4. It's going to also use the co-op aspect like RE0 did.

Yeah was 4 sticks of 2GB corsair XMS2. First time round I made the mistake of buying 32bit vista which I even knew wouldn't work but just forgot about, then got 64bit and everything was fine but the boot times were alot slower with 8GB in than when I used 2GB, 4, 6 etc.
Although I did buy a Striker Extreme MB since then so I might just have to give it a go haha.

Not necessarily a bad thing though? I mean, surely Halo 3 was just a revamped Halo 2, but that didn't stop them both from being decent. Yeah, so Resi 5 looks like it's borrowed a lot from its predecessor, but 4 was an awesome game in its own right. Also come on, it's motherfucking Capcom. They must have some sick new features and next gen treats lined up for the game. I have faith it'll turn out pretty well.

Im on 64 bit atm, Im just waiting for my bills to come in for this Q, and then I will know how much I have to spend on upgrades...
Fuck I cant wait to get home and play on Far Cry 2 again... I fucking love that games
