same here, stopped the pot etc,
and I even stopped smoking for 2 weeks, but ened up smoking on friday due to beer, so Im gana can the drinking for a month to give me a full month none smoking, then I will drink a little after then as I hope I wont want to fuck up my 4 week nonsmoking.

Um...I've never done coke, and I'm the coolest person on here.
