Not bad but it looks too squeezed and I agree with Webb that the url needs to go and I'm not too fond of the black borders around the text either. Then again I don't know if it would be any better without them.

I dont think its the banner that needs to be changed, I think its the waste of space beside it....
If you set up an iframe I could program it to just show random members clips (just about 4 thumb nails) that will like you to the videos... every time the page is refreshed it show another 4 videos....
then just have a pinned topic for ppl to submit links and me or an admin can add them .... what you guys think?
also when it comes around to a KO or somthing the iframe can be changed to only show KO videos... I think this place needs a showcase seems hgv died!

somthing like this... but done much better... this is just a shit 1 min job, we could make it so the images blend with the blood so they aint square
