I own the record for most originals videos paid for on break, with 12. After getting all those videos up I still have not found an exact science for making the homepage. But I think I found some good ways that increase the chances. I think possible maybe I found away to really increase everyones chances if we work together, so we can all make money... Tell me if your interested and I post more later...

It sucks you got fucked... But I have made a shit load off break... because your not just getting money when a clip goes up, you get a shit load of exposure and can get discovered. You can Also get non-exclusive contracts and get paid a little less so you still have full rights of your clips. Nobody is going to make thousands and thousands off there clips if nobody sees them. lol they did the same thing to me, but I didn't care about payment or anything. I just uploaded one of the fights I recorded and it made homepage. A few days went by and I logged in I had 0 videos, did a search and found it as "uploaded by break" also ha. I've had 2 make homepage the only thing I did to make my chances greater was send the links to friends and have them leave a thumbs up and vote to home.

They upped one of our clips, then we contacted them and they got some douchebag to send us a contract, when we sorted everything they just didn't reply. When the finally did they were like "do you have proof it was on the homepage?"

Also, remember the exact title and description that you wrote for your video. If it gets on the homepage, they change it, then when they send you the contract, it asks for the original title and description.

hmm why didn't you just prove it was your clip in the first place... Someone uploaded my video one time and it made the homepage and I Contacted them on the site and proved it was my video with a pic, and with half hour they changed it to username.

Yeah Ken Golden emailed me and was like "WE LIKED IT SO MUCH, WE'D LIKE TO PAY YOU TO KEEP IT UP" so I was like yeah ok. But that was after a complained and had it taken down.
