Modern horror movies have usually had the tendency to let me down after a promising trailer so I'm not setting any expectations out yet, but have any of you americanos seen this movie yet and do you have any thoughts on it? Truthfully I'm expecting another shitty "based on true events" movie that you get 13 in a dozen every year, that just rips every element of any successful horror movie made in the past few years. Just like this one seemed to have cameos by the kid from El Orfanato and Michael Myers.. BUT at the same time I have a vibe that this might be the movie to stick out from the rest of the crap (Prom Night etc) this year.. Thoughts?

edit: and IMDB has a 7.0 rating for it, which is usually good for a horror movie

I saw The Strangers. Without spoiling it for you I'll say it wasn't bad throughout the whole movie (wasn't amazing either), but it was ended so shitty that you wonder why you wasted your time getting into it throughout the rest of the movie. If anybody wants something with spoilers let me know. I'll give you the whole synopsis of the movie as I just saw it the other day so I remember EVERYTHING.

I Saw funny games and liked it alot.. go to alluc.org and look it up its good quality and worth a watch.

It was decent, had a few good moments but not this badass film some people I know were making it out to be.

I just saw the happening and its horrible! I recomend that you dont see it cause its prob the worst movie I have seen in the movie theatre.
