The concept is simple.

Just troll any one of the fine threads found here on this forum and you're bound to come across a picture worthy of illustrating a "lol." The post a picture of yourself thread is a great place to start, because it's filled with so many images of degenerates that all you have to do is throw a caption on the bottom and . . . voila!

I found it in the "Post a picture of yourself" thread. It was posted by Davey Rotten. (He said in his post that he's the one with all the tubing around him. Don't know if he was joking. Just thought it was funny.)

does any one remember that wolf guy who joined and for some reason hated me and found that picture in the "Post your picture thread" and put that head on different shit to insult me, and it's not even me hahahaha.
