Most of you will what World of stupid is and it is my great pleasure to inform you all that world of stupid is back for another season of dead set "jackassness".

In the new season of world of stupid we are giving the show a whole new look, sound and a new level of chaos.

This time around we are going deeper into the life of the stunt crews showing the viewers what it takes to be a "jackass"

if you think your crew might be interested in being on World of stupid 2 then let me know, you can contact me by email [email address redacted]
When you send your emails make sure you include as mush info about your crew as possible and a couple vids as well.

it may take a couple days until I reply but rest assured you will get a reply.

James Davis.

I have been speaking to a friend of mine Elliot Lucas from the stunt crew the Pickled eggs ( who featured on the first season) and he informed me that there may be a few sceptics so he has said that he will confirm that what I have said is 100% true.

Any exposure is good, don't pass up an opportunity for decent exposure if they wont pay.

Money is nice, but people wont pay for your shit if it isn't proven to marketable ;)

Appearances on shows like this look good on a stunt reel and resume.

outisde of being pickled eggs biggest appearence ive never heard of this show. the exposure is perpetuating the "jackass generation" destroying all your works credibility, originality and integrity. its called world of stupid. their basicly saying your the dumbest jackass they can find and for a tv production not paying their content providers...thats ridiculous.

They apparently got bought out by a company called ZODIAK and the new guard decided to focus more on distribution rather than production... At least that's what I heard, I didn't hear anything back beyond the first few emails, And I only ever got one reply from that dennis guy after I'd sent back that stupid survey they made you fill out.

Duran, you're a showbag mate. I know you've got a personal problem with me but shut your fucking mouth. Everytime my name is mentioned here you get a hard-on for me.

I know last time I looked you looked a lot like a 18 year old girl, but Im starting to think you may want to get fucked like one as well.

The guy who posted this I have met once in person. He moved from NZ to Sydney and wanted to catch up for a chat and let me know what he's keen to get in to..

I can corroborate that he is a real person, and that he is talking to the right guy from Bullseye over in the UK but thats the only info I know. I dont know anything about the deal he's got, or if its rock solid etc.

If anyone needs more info contact me direct.

Also, can a mod please take my personal details off the first post in this thread? Would prefer they not be up there. Thanks.

The exact same thing happened with me. Some dude named Dennis contacted me through Bullseye. It may have had something to do with the fact that I never sent a dvd or anything, but whatever.

Duran, you're a showbag mate.

didnt know what a "showbag" was so I looked it up, this is all I could find.
QUOTE(wikipedia.com @ May 16 2008, 06:03 AM)

The showbag is a themed bag of commercial merchandise, and a distinctive feature of Australian fairs and carnivals (known locally as shows). The bag is usually made from plastic or heavy paper, and is printed with graphics promoting a theme or manufacturer.

Problem is, we aren't celebrities!

Sometimes we have been able to pull in a bunch of money for a clip, but that isnt always the case, they would rather go to another group who will give their shit for free, sure the clips wont be as good, but they just saved a bunch of money and still got some footage.

However, if we are willing to take a pay cut, get our footage out there for people to see, create a name recognition, then people will be alot more willing to toss money at us for our stuff.

It helps to show that you are marketable by having your footage displayed on many different shows, it helps to walk into an office and show them a long list of stuff you have been in.

It pads the resume and has lead us to even more deals and whatnot. One of the main reasons we have the tv pilot in the works is because we have had some good exposure.

The deal I usually present to people is that if they can display our website, be it onscreen or in the credits, I will be willing to give up pay, if they cant mention our name, then I get the money.

I don't see how this show would help me?

Are they giving me a free trip? Or money?

30 seconds on tv they will make thousands off of in ad space isn't what I call a good deal for me.

But thats just me.
