"trippy Editing"

well I was thinking on doing some sort of a trippy edit with our next mix up and was wondering how I would make some of the trippy patterns and images u see online, such as

seriously tho, prob best bet would be to like record visualizations from like g force or something, then just fuck about with them in after effects, I think thatd would be the easiest eh
