Need This To Be A Vector

I need this to be a vector image. My dad drew it and now I need it to be vector so that I can blow it up to whatever size I need and not loose any quality.

are you serious? dude, you're starting up a t-shirt firm and you don't know how to make a vector?

What the fuck is your problem? This isn't even for me. I'm trying to see if anyone knows a simple way, as in a program, that can convert this to a vector. I can't freehand draw well, so everything I do is in photoshop, therefore I don't have to worry about making vectors.

vectors aren't like some quick filter you apply. you have to do it freehand using the pen tool.

There are programs to convert to vector. I just have not had any experience with them before, therefore, I was trying to get others opinions or suggestions, on if they had used anything. I hate repeating myself...

As far as the pen tool goes I had briefly tried it and wasn't having much success. I know you have to vector matt it or w/e, but I haven't done any work with it in the past.

I just vectored the outline here, bit sketchy as I have no mouse and im using a laptop pad to do the pen tool with. But this is pretty much what you want right? I have the PSD if its right.
