Buyer of Keyboard:

QUOTE
Hi,

Erm, having a problem, after playing for an hour or so the keys stopped working, so could you give me an address to return it to you and refund the price please?

Thanks.

I'm afraid I did not specify a returns option in the listing as I do not offer this.

What sort of problem are you having with it? I experienced no faults with it however I downloaded the most recent drivers from the Razer website to ensure I was up to date.

You can find all the lastest drivers from Razer by visiting the following link:

As for the returns policy you are legaly bound to refund or replace sold items withing 28 days of purchase, I would rether send it back to you and get a refund.

Thanks.

The item listing states:

Return policy not specified.
Read item description for any reference to return policy.

As there was none, the implication was that I did not offer one.

In regards the the problem, I have also researched this and it seems that many users have experienced this same problem, which leads me to believe there is no problem with the item I sold, but moreover with the product in general which means legally I am not liable.

Scroll down on this link to read other peoples problems as there may be some advice in there which aids you with the issue:

This link shows that featured distributers have acknowledged there is a problem and there are various messages which might offer support for the problem.

Your best bet would be to email the Razer customer support and inquire as to any issues you may be having. I have contacted eBay regarding this problem and I will keep you updated with their replies if you so wish.

I'm sorry for any inconvenience LOL.

Depends if eBay itself has a refund policy. If not, then I would assume it's up to you to set the terms for returns.

I told this to eBay and I'm waiting on their reply. He already left positive feedback though so it's not all bad, just wanna be sure he can't try and take me to court if he's some weirdo.

yeah, you have to specify that you'll do a return if the product is broken and ect. you have no control over if it becomes broken and whatnot. ebay itself has no "return policy" over any product.

http://pages.ebay.com/help/sell/your-return-policy.html

so, if he's retarded and can't work a keyboard, his loss.

Yeah thats why should always be clear in everything u sell on the net, so they can't fuck u over. Plus the kid is a total ass, he should know it's his problem.. he can't prove what has happened to it.. maybe he smashed it on the ground.. it's not your responsibility, nor do you have to give the f*cker a refund. Why the f*ck would u even buy a keyboard on ebay actually? Haha well aiight.
