Urgent Help Please!

Anyone here know anything about english tax return forms?

I got a letter saying I had to fill it out before 31st of jan or id be fined £100. I didnt get round to it.

Now I got a letter saying I will get another fine if I still dont fill it out! I dont have a fucking clue about any of it.

I'm a self employed doorman working for an agency, got all my invoices etc still so could anyone be really cool and help me out? there are sexual favours up for grabs..........if you happen to be female that is.
