Little Video Project.

So I decided to do something a little more productive than just playing call of duty 4 everyday. So Ray and I are working on a small skit. Idea is not to be said yet, but it is going to involve me playing both parts, on the same frame. Here is a sample I shot an hour or so ago.

Suggestions when shooting in this aspect? With one person playing both subjects?

yeah I know, I was joking that was on another clip, I don't know maybe like make u guys keep playing it for hours and hours until u fall asleep and start dreaming your in a war based on the standards of the game and killing each other while your unconscious bodies are lying there with controls in hands...and like make it look kinda real when u kill each other that would be kinda cool.

Ok, worded this wrong I guess. Suggestions on how to film it, not skit ideas. We already have chosen a skit idea. This was just asking on editing suggestions, hints why it's in this forum.

call of duty on the 360 is for noobs! but the clip looked sick cant wait to finally see a new vid.. ray already told me the whole story idea sounds sick hope you can pull it off!!

Never. We were really sort of wondering the best way to actually get other angles/variety in the filming while still being able to splice the two shots together without having the choppiness and shit of cutting the shots. Get it?

Morse code. lots of 1's and 0's. Then raymond punches it into his computer in hexidecimal order and the video is made. Little complicated for your mind, but trust me, it works miracles.

sweet I thought it looked pretty good, I've always wnated to try that, what did u do in editing to pull it off?

I know a way, but just wondering if u guys did it an easier way

haha I like it man, and a suggestion is if its a simple shot just try and cut the scene in half instead of round the person on the other layer if you get me, obviously for more advanced shots it would be needed to cut around the person on the layer, although all what im saying depends on how you're editing it. lol
