If this is legit I'm definitely buying it. I sent them an email asking if this was the whole camera and everything but I haven't gotten a reply yet. (Granted it was only about 10 or so minutes ago.) What do you guys think?

Jesus Christ. I called back and the guy said I'd have to buy some stuff PLUS the sim card processor which is how the fucking thing works and that alone costs $2100. Motherfucker. I hate the people in this world that are like that.

If you want one of those cameras either:

1) find the cheapest legit brand new one you can
2) find a local school or production company that will sell you one
3) risk it on ebay (I don't recommend this)

Anyone know of a legit site with these types of cameras?

Or even better would be a camera that is comparable (or better) for a decent price?

I bought my vx and all sorts of shit off ebay
belive me when you buy from ebay, the worst that can happen is
someone could ship out the wrong item, or the package could take a long time..
if something was paid for and never recieved, you'd be on the news for it

was thinking about getting an FX1 but went for a good comsumer brand HDv and am now suping it up( with good mic and such) and saving a grip of money
