I Burnt Myself

so I fucked myself up.

Burnt my face kinda bad.. I was doing a fire stunt and was way drunk and poured shit all over my face.. boom, burning.

got outta hospital this morning. It looks kinda bad, but really it's not the worst. mainly superficial. I have some footage somewhere apparently... Ill try and track it down.

anyway, props to my mate johnny for saving my ass, again, and the hospital for giving me help and a super sexy canadian nurse.

I won't stop doing fire stunts, I have to take it easy, I just gotta learn to not be an idiot, and take risks that arent stupid, if that makes sense.

about 12 days to be healed, about 2 years for recovery... and sometime inbetween for the scars to fade.

Holy shit dude, that's some fucked up shit. Hope you get better soon. There's some great products out on the market for reducing the appearance of scars too (I used this one called bio-oil after setting fire to my arm and it worked wonders--can't see anything now).

I have a group, we are called Dark Riders. Most of our shit is mountain bike related.. we do a fair amount of stunts but usually for live entertainment than on film. This however was a mix of live entertainment plus me being very drunk. Kinda sucks though, our group has deminished over the years, and although we have new members, kinda, there's only 2 of us doing anything these days. It's kinda weak. We get a few other loose units around though, shit always gets wild.

We are filming a new dvd this summer which is gonna be far more HG based than mountain biking.... like our first film was all riding with some random stunts thrown in ect, this will basically be the opposite.
