Mods can't ban. Only Admins. You have a lot to learn if you're going to be a mod.

Well yeah, me and the other admin (I forget his name) are only ones who can IP ban.
But you can take away board access to a account, or suspend forever by just adding "9999999999999999" or something in the suspend for x days box.
We dont really need to IP ban at all anymore.
